GRT, or Guaranteed Results Training, is a promotion currently being run by our Head Trainer, Ethan Wood.
The program is a 6-week commitment and consists of 2 in-person training sessions per week, 1 customized individual workout per week, 3 nutrition and/or supplement consultations, direct access to Ethan, pre & post-GRT measurements, as well as included Genesis class suggestions. Taking it a step further, we offer a guarantee - if no results are made, we offer an extra three weeks FREE!
